Privacy Policy
Snack Stack · Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Snack Stack (the "Game") and the services built into it collect, why, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Techno ("we", "us"), Priscovetska 83, 02‑546 Warsaw, Poland, which is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: [email protected].
1. The short version
- The Game has no accounts. We never ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, photos, contacts or precise location.
- Your game progress is saved on your device only.
- The Game shows ads and offers optional purchases. Our ad, analytics and attribution partners receive device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), an approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how you use the Game, as described below.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before ads are personalized, and on iOS we ask for permission before tracking. You can change your choice any time in Settings > Privacy & ads.
2. Information collected and why
| Information | Collected by | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers: advertising ID (Android) / IDFA (iOS, only with your permission), app instance and installation IDs | AppLovin and its ad partners, AppsFlyer, Google Firebase | Showing and measuring ads, attributing installs, analytics, fraud prevention | Consent for personalized ads and tracking; legitimate interest for non-personalized ads, fraud prevention and basic analytics |
| Device and app information: device model, operating system, language, time zone, app version, network type | All of the above | Delivering ads and the Game, analytics, fixing crashes | Legitimate interest |
| Approximate location (country or region, derived from the IP address) | AppLovin and its ad partners, AppsFlyer, Firebase | Ads for your region, consent rules for your region, analytics | Legitimate interest; consent where it is used for personalized ads |
| Game activity: maps reached, upgrades bought, sessions, ads watched | Firebase Analytics; AppsFlyer (a few key events only) | Understanding and improving the Game, measuring our marketing | Legitimate interest; consent for marketing measurement where required |
| Ad interactions: ads shown, clicks, ad revenue | AppLovin and its ad partners, Firebase, AppsFlyer | Ads, analytics, measuring our marketing | Consent for personalized ads; legitimate interest otherwise |
| Purchase history: which in-game items you bought, price and currency | Google Play / Apple App Store, Firebase, AppsFlyer | Delivering what you bought, restoring purchases, analytics | Performance of a contract |
| Crash reports and diagnostics | Firebase Crashlytics | Finding and fixing crashes | Legitimate interest |
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details.
3. Partners
These companies process information for the purposes above. Each acts under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- AppLovin (MAX ad mediation): applovin.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (ads through AppLovin MAX): policies.google.com/privacy
- AppsFlyer (install attribution): appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google Play / Apple App Store (purchases)
When we add ad networks to AppLovin MAX, we list them here.
4. Your choices and rights
- Personalized ads: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent form appears before ads; you can change your choice in Settings > Privacy & ads. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
- No Ads: the optional No Ads purchase removes interstitial and banner ads.
- Your GDPR rights: you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal). Because the Game has no accounts, the data our partners hold is tied to your device identifiers. Write to [email protected] and we will answer, and forward the request to our partners, within 30 days. Uninstalling the Game deletes your progress from the device.
- Complaints: you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority where you live.
- California and other US states: we do not sell personal information for money. Sharing device identifiers with ad partners may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out with the device settings above.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, 16 in Poland) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has used the Game, contact us and we will delete what we can.
6. Retention and security
Our partners keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, according to their own policies (for example, Firebase Analytics keeps user-level data for up to 14 months). Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. International transfers
Our partners may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. They rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
