These terms apply to the mobile game Snack Stack (the "Game") published by Techno, Priscovetska 83, 02‑546 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The terms of Google Play or the Apple App Store also apply.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it, except where the law allows it.

2. Virtual items and in-game currency

In-game cash, upgrades, skins and other virtual items are part of the licence: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred. We may change the Game's balance and content over time.

3. Purchases and the VIP subscription

• All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and refund policies. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm.
• VIP is an auto-renewing weekly subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown in the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel or manage it in your Google Play or App Store account settings (in the Game: Shop > VIP > Manage subscription). Deleting the Game does not cancel it.
• Non-consumable purchases (No Ads, skins, starter pack) and an active VIP can be restored on the same store account with Settings > Restore purchases.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights under EU law, are not affected.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for the sites and apps they lead to.

5. Privacy

How we and our partners handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Game "as is" and may update, change or discontinue it. We will post changes to these terms on this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
